So in other words, there isn't many reasons to stick to the dub besides the usual "I can understand what they are saying", or you just dislike Japanese in general. I like both Uni and Nepgear voices, and while I think both are really talented, I think the ♥♥♥ ones fits more (not better, just more fitting this time around) While some voices on the dub are better (I'm looking at you, Compa), the vast majority are not and are also way more fitting on the Japanese version, example being literally every goddess on HDD, Noire, Vert, Rom, Blanc, etc. But I can'tl defend that the dub is better. But I do prefer Rom in Japanese than English. Just music and CGI.Įdit: And I actually prefer Neptune way way more in English compared to the ♥♥♥'s high pitch squeeky VA. And that there are hardly any English scenes at all and you can not swap when a scene has started.Īlso you can't replay scenes at all in this game. I am just sad Noire's VA is greatly changed for English. ![]() Like who else would you prefer to be the VA for the dub? Or do you people just hate the sound of English that bad?. Like I love the english for Devil May Cry and BlazBlue over the japanese. Like I know there are some or a lot of bad english dubs in games and anime, but come on is it really that bad for Neptunia? Personally I think sometimes English is done better in some cases. I just prefer to play this game in English when available since I like both equally. I like both dub and sub in the Neptunia series. Wow I never knew there were this many haters for the English. I just showed the video for the EXE glitch I keep getting on Nepgear but people seem to only care about the voice acting in it. ![]()
